Anja Sherry & Gabrielle Bachow
Former educators turned business partners.
Anja & Gabrielle fuse a breadth of experience spanning Montessori and classroom education, private and public schools, educational leadership & strategy, recruitment, and operations. Their paths crossed during COVID while building and running preschool learning pods in Miami Beach, where a shared passion for helping families—and an instinct for exchanging ideas and resources—quickly revealed how well they worked together.
Together, they discovered a shared talent for connecting families with exceptional people and resources. And as those families’ needs evolved, so did Adaptive Education.
Today, they bring that same thoughtful, high-touch approach to education and staffing across the entire home.
